Summary of Job Duties:The Data Integrity Technician in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment plays an important role in supporting the extensive use of the customer relationship management (CRM) to strategically communicate with prospective students throughout the funnel by ensuring the accuracy of the data in the CRM and student information system (SIS). Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.

OTHER JOB-RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIREMENT.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets in a Windows environment;

  • Experience in developing a positive team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, facilitate warm transfers to various departments across campus, and respond to voicemails on a daily basis;

  • Scrub CRM data to resolve duplicates, fulfill unsubscribe requests, and update undelivered emails;

  • Perform lead address cleanup to assign new leads to appropriate territories;

  • Load standardized test data for ACT and SAT into SIS;

  • Prepare data for variable print publication production;

  • Format data appropriately for bulk imports into CRM;

  • Generate printed letters from SIS for admission application communication;

  • Prepare lists for bulk mail fulfillment;

  • Support office processes as needed;

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be detail-oriented;

  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and customer-service focused;

  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment;
