Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client on a long term contract opportunity located in Anaheim CA Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days from home Pay Rate: $29 - $32/hr. Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions and preparing reports Support accounting department with tasks under senior accountant or controller supervision Record and classify transactions, process invoices, and handle accounts payable/receivable Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts Support audits, prepare tax filings, and ensure compliance Perform accurate data entry and assist with ad hoc financial analyses Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents Major weekly task includes cash distribution to branch offices Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year accounting experience Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Financial institution experience Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
