ABOUT THE JOB

STAUBER has an opening for a third-shift (3rd shift, 10:30p-7:15a) Process Technician at our facility in Florida, NY (near Middletown).

Hourly Pay = $20/hour

Responsibilities



  • Operate equipment such as roller compactor, high shear mixer, dry powder blender, or hammer mill processor, troubleshooting and adjusting for "in process" action as needed.
  • Accurately weigh and blend various components to a specified formula
  • Accurately fill out Master Batch Records and other required paperwork, including recording operating data such as process conditions, test results, instrument readings, inventory sheets, etc.
  • Maintain and follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards and regulations, including working in accordance with cGMP standards at all times



ABOUT YOU



  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a machine operator required
  • Able to learn skills such as weighing, milling, screening, traying, blending, bagging, etc. utilizing a variety of equipment such as blenders, mixers, granulators, jet mills, and other production equipment
  • Ability to communicate complex technical operations and procedures effectively through verbal and written channels
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.
  • Must be able to climb stairs/steps, walk and stand for 8+ hours, use required PPE, bend, stoop, twist, lift up to 75 pounds, able to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 pounds into position, and have manual dexterity to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to work in a facility with a range of temperatures, work at heights, wear a respirator for up to 4 hours a day, and follow policy for facial hair and jewelry in a GMP production area
