Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineers, as well as strategic sourcing, quality, operations, and product management partners. As a Mechatronics Engineer, you'll drive the development of innovative power tools-from concept and prototyping to testing and preparing final designs for commercial launch. Excelling in this role requires strong teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

With your experience in PCBA layout (Altium preferred), wireless communication (Wi-Fi 6, 5G, Zigbee, Bluetooth), and designing for reliability, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills.

Apply your expertise in manufacturing processes like soldering and SMT, along with strong problem-solving, project management, and the ability to make timely decisions with sound judgment, to help develop cutting-edge power tools. If you bring experience with 3D modeling, Windchill PLM, and Creo it is a desired asset, and prior power tool experience will set you apart.

Success in this role requires clear, concise communication of technical information across all levels of the organization. You'll flourish in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating the ability to both take direction and lead lab technicians, designers, and suppliers. A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential qualities for excelling in this position.
