Our Company Adobe's commerce platform product team is building the next generation of commerce experiences for Adobe's direct and indirect business. We are seeking a dynamic individual who brings analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, is comfortable working in a matrixed organization structure and unafraid to immerse themselves in technical challenges, demonstrating a hands-on approach to working across cross functional teams and finding innovative solutions. In this role, you will help Adobe build world class marketplace APIs with which partners can re-sell Adobe products to their customers. Your responsibilities will involve evangelizing Adobe's API offering to a pipeline of partners who are interested in participating in Adobe's channel sales program. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
