The Role
We are seeking an
Outside Sales Consultant
for our Naples location. Based out of the Waterworks' Naples design studio when not traveling, this role will focus on marketing to Florida's western coast, from Marco Island to Tampa, as well as Orlando and other assigned territories. The Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets in their assigned region, ensuring a profitable business.
This position blends sales expertise, project management, and design consultation, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients to drive long-term, repeat business. As a trusted advisor, the consultant will recommend design solutions while delivering exceptional service with integrity and professionalism.

Waterworks may require physical requirements within its Showroom locations as follows:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred.
Ability to travel locally or out of state.
