Manufacturing Execution System Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MES Analyst to join our manufacturing team. The MES Analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems software to improve production processes and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and 42Q, as well as experience with MES software systems.

Nature of Duties:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement MES software solutions to streamline production processes
• Collaborate with production teams to understand their needs and requirements
• Train production staff on how to use MES systems effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MES software
• Monitor and analyze data from MES systems to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to MES systems
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate MES and ERP systems with other software systems
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to MES software
• Maintain all department documentation
• Route configuration and operator workstation configuration
• Reformat reports to make them user friendly
• Work with Corporate to create new reports as needed
• Duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of an Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of work
• Minimum of 2years MES Application Experience (42Q Experience Preferred)
• Oracle ERP Experience Preferred
• Expertise in MES design, development, and implementation
• Experience with customer requirements and specification development
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
• Must have experience successfully interacting and working with customers at multiple levels of responsibility in a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast past environment
• Proficient in Google Workspace
