As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our mission by:


  • Assistingour dentists in providing exceptional dental care
  • Building rapport and trust with patients and their families
  • Providing chairsideassistanceduring procedures and treatments
  • Educating patients on oral health practices and preventive care
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment

The Heart of the Role:


  • Showproficiencyin dental assisting techniques across all phases of general dentistry.
  • Have knowledge ofmodern dental materials, including storage, handling, and applications.
  • Be ableto multitask, prioritize assignments, and adhere to schedules, deadlines, and protocols.
  • Possess empathetic and professional communication skills when addressing the expectations and concerns of our dental patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.
  • Be proficientin or willing to learn computer skills and systems such as Open Dental software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant platforms asrequired.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GEDrequired, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course
  • Active licensure in Minnesota,DANBcertification, or equivalent state jurisprudence for performing specified tasks
  • Current CPR (BLS)
  • Proficiencyin oral and written communication in English
