Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation/Mechatronics Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, Computer hardware systems, programming languages, and industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
  • Being strong command in automation systems , for its installation, troubleshooting deciding the right set of automation requirement ensure opportunities and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of automation systems and procedures.
  • Work with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of automation systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in automation and industrial control systems.
  • Support and upkeep antiquated HMIs and software
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or 10+ years of experience in related field with similar roles
  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or a related field
  • Working knowledge of electro mechanical systems who has strong problem solving ability with different tools knowledge like 5WHY, Root cause analysis, A3s
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java
  • Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of industrial control systems, including SCADA and HMI
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with industrial networking protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Certification in automation or control systems (e.g., Certified Automation Professional)
