Collections Specialist Regional Finance Regional Finance is hiring! We are seeking result-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Flower Mound, TX. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits. *Regional Finance has been providing consumer loans for over 30 years at more than 350 locations in 14 states. We are* offering a $1,000 joining bonus Collections Specialist is responsible for handling delinquent consumer loans using a variety of collections and customer service techniques. This role includes: Identify accounts with overdue payments Find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed All in compliance with Regional's collections policies and procedures Qualifications 1 year of Customer service experience required 1+ year of Collection experience preferred Bilingual/Spanish - preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Problem-solving skills, decision maker and solution oriented Experience with skip tracing Compensation and benefits $18.00- $20.00 per hour 1^st 90-days - guaranteed bonus minimum of $200 Monthly Incentive pay - Up to $ 1500 $1000 Joining Bonus Health, Dental and Vision insurance 401k - After 6 months with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays Career advancement opportunities Work Schedule Monday- Friday - 4 shifts of 9:00am - 6:00pm and 1 shift of 12:00pm - 9:00pm Opportunity for overtime and weekend work available
