To research, propose and organize the development and implementation of tax policies to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in accounting, business, finance or related discipline. CPA/MBA preferred. Minimum Experience Six (6) years directly related experience in regional, international public accounting firm, or corporate tax department. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of US International tax matters such as FTC, Sub F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, E&P, tax basis, FX and transfer pricing considerations. Experience with US International tax compliance, provision, and/or modeling. Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details: This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.
