• Position: Advanced practice provider (PA or NP)
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full time
• Hours: Monday-Friday (5 days per week)

What you will need:

• Experience in weight loss management preferred
• NPs: State of Illinois RN license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
• PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
• Current CPR certification
