JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental experience OR 6 years of Dental experience.
• Business systems experience.
• Knowledge of Dental insurance terminology.
• Knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
• Analytical skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience meeting deadlines.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• LOMA certification
• Dental customer service

THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAY FROM HOME
