Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
• Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the State of Arkansas
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Interviewing candidates with all levels of experience - Nutrition, LD & RD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience

• Registered Dietitian and Licensed by the State of Arkansas preferred

Registered Dietitian II

• RD, LD
• 1 year clinical experience

Registered Dietitian III

• Master's degree required or Specialty Certification required
• Precepts dietetic interns in the UAMS internship program
• 2+ years' experience

Registered Dietitian IV

• 4 + years' experience
• Master's required
• Specialty Certification required

Additional Information:

• The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for providing all types of nutritional care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• In addition, the Clinical Dietitian is responsible for educating patients, family, professional staff and students/interns.
• The Clinical Dietitian works under general direction and reports to the Clinical Nutrition Manager. The Clinical Dietitian willingly participates in the patient care teams and supports other team members
