As an intern andproject team memberin the Business Application practice, you willwork with project leads/managers to execute Sage Intacct implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm'sproject methodology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance,data migrationand projectreviews Work collaboratively withinternal and clientproject teamsto configurebase Sage Intacct functionality, customizations and third-partyintegrations Assist in requirementsgatheringsessions with clients to map business processes and requirements tosolutions with a focus on accounting and financial processes Work with implementation team to assess the current state of clients existing systems, business processes and challenges,factorinto Sage Intacct solution design &suggestedbusiness processimprovements Workalongside the projectleadto implement process improvements with systematicsolutions Work with implementation team tocreate and execute testing scenarios inSage Intacct Assist withdata migration fromexisting systems toSage Intacct Train end users on how to effectively useSage Intacctfeatureswithin the context of their dailyjobs Work with end users to identify, define and create customized reports, dashboards andKPI's Providesupport for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providingresolution Work across multiple time zones and occasionallyoutsideoffice hours Maintaincuriosityin understandingclientneeds; begin learning about RSM's additionalservices and how tospot potential opportunitiesthat will bring additional value toclients Basic Qualifications: Working towards a Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration,Accounting,Computer Science, Management Information Systemsor relatedfieldrequired College course work or solid understanding of data analytics and reporting Ability to travel up to30% A minimum 3.0 GPA ispreferred Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projectssimultaneously Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of thefirm Strong conceptual, analytical andproblem-solvingskills Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills Solid understanding of business and information technology processes Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in businessterms StrongExcelskills CPA a plus At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.We offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life's demands, while also maintaining your ability to serve clients.Learn more about our total rewards at https://rsmus.com/careers/working-at-rsm/benefits.
