Dispatcher

Kieffer Sanitation, a Waste Connections Company is looking for a Dispatcher to join our GROWING team in Rapid City, South Dakota.

This person will be responsible for monitoring work flow dispatching our drivers and being the heartbeat of the operation.

Pay Range:$21 - $24 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Roles:
- Dispatching drivers to various locations
- Coordinating schedules and routes
- Communicating with drivers and customers
- Monitoring vehicle tracking systems

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operations
