Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a Human Resource Generalist III to join our operations and strategy team! Essential Functions |
Your Responsibilities as a Human Resource Generalist III:
- Purpose: Administer and enhance HR programs that drive success and align with our mission. Ensure we stay ahead of regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with HR laws and best practices. Provide advice on HR policies and practices, helping supervisors and staff navigate challenges and maximize opportunities
- Collaboration: Serve as a department liaison between employees, departments, and University HR, resolving issues and building strong, positive relationships. Drive HR initiatives and ensure HR tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Innovation: Assist in crafting and implementing forward-thinking HR programs to enhance our team's growth and align with the University's strategic goals. Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions that make our HR operations more effective and efficient.
- Production: Dive into HR data, uncover insights, and create processes that inform decisions and enhance our HR strategies. Take ownership of the day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, employee relations, and ensuring timely completion of HR tasks and communication across departments.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in two or more areas of human resources management including compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, payroll, training and/or development.
