Admin Assistant, Onsite

Daytona Beach Florida

The Admin Assistant is someone who greets, receives and routes all visitors, clients, and vendors, routes incoming calls, and performs miscellaneous tasks for the clinic, including data entry and performing procedures such as vital signs and ECGs. Fortrea is looking for a candidate strong in communication, quick with data entry, and eager to grow and learn in fast-paced, team environment at this Fortrea site.

What to Expect

  • Performs administrative support and related duties which are broad, varied, and often of acomplex/confidential manner such as handling telephone calls, and composes types of correspondence, etc.

  • Supports department's efforts on scheduling activities (e.g. client visits, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, agendas, etc.) as needed.

  • Enters clinical data into the appropriate database via data entry platforms.

  • Acts as a back up receptionist by pleasantly greeting and directing visitors having business with the company

  • And performs other related duties as assigned to assist in the clinic.

Education /Qualifications

  • Associates Degree and related experience of 1-2 years of administrative assistant required.

Experience

  • 0-1 related experience

  • Additional experience may be substituted for education requirements.
