Job Summary

Demonstrate Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures and Georgia Tech's (GT) core values and strive to achieve our mission of economic development, support of corporate users, and post-incubation start-up companies to scale and achieve positive net income from operations. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - Create a collaborative, productive environment amongst Encore members through tenant focused events, creation of awareness and access to Georgia Tech resources including Georgia Tech Units capabilities and talents, and personal introductions amongst the Encore Tenants
Job Duty 2 - Support leasing activities including property tours, leasing proposal development, lease negotiations, and managing moves, adds, and changes including furniture, as well as churn/tenant turnover
Job Duty 3 - Guide and manage the landlord property management team, real estate brokers, GT Enterprise Innovation Institute support staff, vendors, service providers, and contractors. Ensure that the Encore environment is fully operational and processes are running smoothly while being responsive to member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
Job Duty 4 - Implement and enforce Encore and Interlock building rules, guidelines, and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
Job Duty 5 - Manage all Encore operations including common areas spaces, conference rooms, training room, scheduling/reservations, customer service, tenant billings, tenant service requests, planning and updating events including shared calendars, and communicate with Encore Tenants, REDO staff, Landlord property management, and service providers to ensure highest level of member satisfaction
Job Duty 6 - Oversee and manage visitor access, coordination of vendors, security clearance requests, Buzzcard activations/deactivation including building, suite and parking access, tenant compliance to insurance requirements, timely payment of invoices, and notification to Encore tenants in advance of disruptive work or activities
Job Duty 7 - Perform daily inspections and ongoing monitoring to identify and anticipate issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, Landlord property management team, janitorial providers and building engineers and EI2 support staff to meet service levels of the Encore environment and tenant requests
Job Duty 8 - Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between Encore members, including Encore member introductions, overseeing and coordinating events, electronic and print communications, and Encore and Interlock walkthroughs
Job Duty 9 - Assist and train Encore tenants to utilize conference room and common area technology, internet access and report any connectivity issues to the EI2 IT support team for prompt resolution
Job Duty 10 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Three or more years of job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Certifications, Licenses or Permits: Real Estate Salesperson's License

Proposed Salary

$75,000 Annual salary
