NNL is seeking an experienced chemical engineer in our Materials Manufacturing area. This area is responsible for the research and testing of nuclear fuel and cladding materials including test design, specimen fabrication, and characterization. Job responsibilities will include: Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 9 years of relevant experience; or
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 7 years of relevant experience; or Currently or previously Shift Supervisor Part II qualified; or qualified SIT and 3 years EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program; or Currently or previously CRE qualified; or 6 years as SRE; or SRE qualified and 9 years of experience. This position is targeted at engineers interested in the research, development, and deployment of equipment and facilities for the research production of novel nuclear materials, components, and systems. Experience in as many of the following areas as possible is desired: Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
$114,400.00 - $178,800.00 annually
