* Trains Retail Team Member IV in delivery of new Retail Team Member training.
* Demonstrates a mastery in production and customer service management through evaluation.
* Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to a member of store management,
appropriate District Manager, and/or Asset Protection department.
* Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas;
maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.
* Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store
Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below.
* Performs all administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to completing
opening/closing duties, making bank deposits, and securing the building at the direction of the Store
Manager in accordance with established guidelines.
* Ensures compliance with established safety, security, sales, money handling (as applicable), and
record keeping procedures and practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
* Verifies that the quality and quantity of merchandise is adequate to obtain sales and production
standards.
* Coordinates shipments and makes adjustments to merchandise categories and production
schedules as needed.
* Coordinates transportation shipments and reporting on a daily basis.
* Ensures merchandise is priced in accordance with established standards for retail stores as
applicable.
* Implements seasonal planograms, floor sets, store signage, and sales promotion activities for retail
stores as applicable.
* Optimize floor space based on product flow to ensure efficient production.
* Assists Truck Drivers and other agency personnel in performance of their duties.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, available to open and/or close assigned retail location as
required, make bank deposits, and secure building to ensure success of the operation.
* Must be able to respond to emergencies at any time as needed.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
