Join Atlas Copco as a Service Coordinator where you will prepare service quotes, plan field service work, and process service orders for our customers. As part of the aftermarket team, you will report to the Repair and Production Manager and work with internal and external customers at our Houston, Texas facility. Responsibilities include:




  • Prepare quotes by following company pricing standards, calculate unit prices and verify product availability.



  • Process service orders and maintain customer records in SAP.



  • Coordinate the shop schedule and plan field service work for the repair technicians.



  • Keep customers informed by confirming and clarifying orders; note shipping or back-order delays.



  • Maintain delivery schedule of parts and jobs.



  • Submit and follow up on all pump manual modifications with the documentation department.



  • Ensure all billing, expenses and service documents are completed.



  • Help determine and resolve customer complaints, expediting corrective actions and completing all ISO forms per policy



  • Issue and log Return Goods Authorizations.



  • Contribute to team effort and perform additional responsibilities as needed.




To succeed, you need


  • High School Diploma and three to five years working experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing or repair environment.



  • Experience planning and scheduling



  • Integrated ERP System knowledge, SAP is preferable
