Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Business Process Analyst. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting and optimizing specific business processes. The position works with stakeholders to evaluate current business processes, design new processes and oversee the implementation of changes to ensure they are effectively integrated into the organization.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Assesses the current state of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.

* Collects and analyzes data to understand process performance and identify trends.

* Develops new process designs and strategies to enhance efficiency and business performance.

* Creates process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Flows, and procedure guides.

* Conducts process workshops resulting in more efficient, repeatable, and reproducible work and materials flow.

* Works with quality management and performance management colleagues to implement quality and performance plans for new products and existing processes.

* Supports the creation of project scope documents, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet timelines and strategic needs.

* Collaborates with the Technical Training Team to develop training plans and assets to support the implementation of new or modified processes.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

* Five (5) to seven (7) years of relocation experience, with a focus on project management and technology implementation/integration

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques

* Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques

* Excellent presentation skills: ability to present to a large and diverse audience, as well as to a small group

* Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives

* Strong oral and written communications skills

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products; Visio is a plus

* Ability to manage and build strong relationships

* Creative thinker, self-motivated, and results oriented

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
