Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Core System Manager, the Core System Administrator is the individual that is responsible for the integrity, availability, and reliability, of various Telhio hosted software applications. These applications include DNA, Akcelerant and LOS. The Core System Administrator is also charged with effective and non-disruption to business rollouts of software upgrades and releases. This position also schedules and monitors system migrations and data purging activities; This includes both the hardware, software, and 3 rd party connectivity.
What you will do:


  • Work to ensure the Integrity, availability, and reliability of Host system - DNAIncluding connection to:

    • Jwaala online banking
    • Meridian Link
    • Mobile Banking
    • Includes providing custom reports for internal use and extracts for external vendors


  • Work to ensure the Integrity, availability, and reliability of Host system - SAIL loan origination system.
  • Document all procedures.
  • Create customized reports using SQL functionality for business areas.
  • Perform all system, System Migration & Purges.
  • Provides sufficient notifications of purges.
  • Ensures data back-ups are in place.
  • Works to ensure testing is completed prior to Testing / Purge.
  • Performs Product Rollouts: Including System Migration/ Purges.
  • Cearly define project /product purpose and need clearly define project /product purpose and need.
  • Is able to budget project appropriately
  • Effectively Identifies systems, departments, projects, and policies, in which project/product may affect and proactively work with and discuss with appropriate department head./ staff to head off potential obstacles.
  • Completes project within project deadlines and effectively manages deadlines, regardless of project set-backs.
  • Communicates project progress and milestones, including obstacles with manager.
  • When appropriate, ensure training and procedures, and support materials are provided to staff.
  • Insures that all security procedures are followed to guarantee the safety of Telhio information and resources.
  • Enforcing security access controls.
  • Enforcing Data release controls.
  • Maintaining disaster preparedness for hosted systems.


What you will need:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Core Banking Systems: Experience working with both front and back ends of core systems - Fiserv DNA preferred
  • Background in the implementation and management of commercial treasury management
  • Ability to follow verbal and written procedures. .
  • The ability to show initiative and self-reliance is important.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • PC hardware and software.
  • Strong computer/PC skills.
  • Communicate effectively and correctly, both verbally and in writing...
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organize and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in math and calculations related to position duties.
  • Understands department procedures and applies job related education skills and experiences into job performance.
