IT Infrastructure & Operations Internship Summer 2025

Johnson Financial Group is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Intern for Summer 2025 working remotely (in Wisconsin) with an opportunity to work in our Racine - West location as needed!

As an Intern with Johnson, you will get hands on experience working with our IT Infrastructure & Operations teams and various lines of business. You will help provide associates IT support and services by delivering technical assistance and providing new solutions to business needs.

During this internship you will:

• Gain exposure to a variety of business problems that can be solved with IT support or new solutions.
• Review requirements with key stakeholders to determine potential solutions.
• Assist with / generate appropriate requirement and support documentation.
• Design, build, test, and deploy new solutions and automated processes.
• Gain exposure to Azure/Cloud Solutions
• Network with other interns and leadership throughout the organization.
• Participate in a business case project.
• Coordinate a service activity.

Qualifications:

• Actively seeking a degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field; with an interest in IT Infrastructure & Operations
• Experience utilizing Microsoft tools including Windows 10, Server 2016+, Active Directory, Intune/OneDrive and Networking platforms such as Cisco and Palo. Experience in PowerShell a plus.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Reliable transportation

Duration: 10 weeks

Salary: $22.00/ hour
