Coordinates training programs, events, communications, and analyzes training data. Supports the training team to ensure effective administration and the quality of the training experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets:Develop and administer training department budgets, and recommend equipment and staff and department purchases.
- Maintain records: Trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Manage large events and logistics (hotel, restaurants and conference areas).
- Manage travel arrangements for facilitators and assist with participant logistics.
- Prepare classrooms and training rooms. Manage training calendar, 360 process and experience for leaders in the company.
- Create and review training materials, such as instructional notes and feedback forms
- Prepare reports on training activities and results.
- Help vendors and participants interact with each other and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Ensure that all training activities comply with established policies and best practices.

- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.

Qualifications:
- Two (2) years minimum training and development or administration experience.
- Demonstrated success in project management including programs and systems with administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds for various classroom needs.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
- Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Preferred: Learning Management System, E-learning course creation software such as iSpring, Camtasia Studio, MS Access
Education Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
