*To prepare quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

    Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.
  1. Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.

County Specific requirement.

  1. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
