What The Role Is

Cadence Bank is seeking a skilled Digital Channels Analyst to support our digital channels- Digital Account Origination (DAO), Online/Mobile Banking (desktop, mobile apps/mobile web), and Digital Money Movement. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to gather and document both technical and business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of digital channel solutions.

How You will Make an Impact:



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital platforms and online user interactions to help improve the digital experience by leveraging data from a variety of sources including channel usage metrics, voice of customer/ teammate, and marketing analytics (social media, digital campaign results, channel funnel analysis) to gain insights into customer behaviors and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for digital channel projects.
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including vendors leading Agile software development.
  • Work closely with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to create and translate high level business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and other artifacts, including Technology Business Analysts, Data Analysts and Project Managers.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards and project-related materials that accurately reflect most meaningful information, and provide both qualitative and quantitative properties.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of vendor-led development efforts with Cadence Bank's strategic goals and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with Technology partners to ensure timely execution of initiatives and comprehensive test coverage, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Support issue resolution by investigating and analyzing reported issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and continually maintain documentation of business processes related to digital channels, including integration points with internal and external platforms/systems.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success.


Who You Are:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferred 5 years proven experience as an analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with specific experience in digital channels and Agile software development led internally or by vendors.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including Agile tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
  • Understanding of digital channels and technical acumen to work effectively with IT and development teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively with third-party vendors working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and requirements.
  • Experience in contributing to and organizing User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation skills with experience in creating business requirements documents, user stories and process flows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
