Job Summary The Marketing Leadership Development Program accelerates professional development by placing participants in key marketing roles and functions during a two-year rotational program. Individuals get hands-on experience by going through at least three rotations to gain key marketing competencies and will support a wide range of functions and initiatives that enable company growth. Participants will rotate through project-based roles in the key areas, including market insights, industry management, product management, digital marketing and marketing communications. During each rotation, they will establish relationships with peers and leaders, learn fundamental marketing skills and receive feedback from the program manager. Upon completion of the program, successful candidates can explore full time roles within Avient that best suits their personal and professional goals and matches the business needs.
