Applications Analyst - Business Applications

The Application Analyst will be focused on managing and optimizing business software applications within UVMHN. Responsibilities include the entire lifecycle of software applications, from identifying the need for new applications to maintaining and upgrading existing ones. Duties include troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring data security, providing project management and providing user support and training. With a blend of technical and analytical skills, the Application Analyst works to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction. This team provides support to the UVM Health Network workforce 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Rotational shift coverage and on-call coverage may be required of the Applications Analyst.

This role may be performed remotely. Minimal onsite work/meetings would be required, if at all.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

3 or more years' experience working with Business Applications, or equivalent.
