Overview ISHPI is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst III (1st shift) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals serving the United States Coast Guard IMS program in St. Louis, MO. Qualified applicants will provide tier 1 enterprise engineering, operations, and maintenance support services in both unclassified and classified elements of the computing environment. Applicants will work through a modernization and consolidation of the operational environment under a common technology framework to better support the services provided to the United States Coast Guard. Responsibilities
Provide tier 1 Remote Support, Desktop Support and Field Technician Support.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Shift Hours: Must be willing to work 2nd shift, Sunday-Thursday, shift begins at 2:30 PM. Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and must have an active government security clearance.
