Product Manager, Business Applications Remote Our Patient Access team is a scaled leader in the HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability, and adherence solutions for more than 30 years. Further advanced by its recently expanded non-commercial specialty pharmacy, FortreaRx, to support enhanced distribution of cold-chain and ambient free goods products, we are committed to driving patient outcomes and improving healthcare accessibility through its extensive experience while currently supporting more than 2.5 million patients and over 100 unique brands across more than 25 disease indications. The Product Manager of Business Applications partners with different business unit leaders to drive process improvements and achieve goals through technology solutions. The role is a functional leader who helps select solutions and owns a portfolio of applications. These applications support our internal teams and tech-enabled services. This position is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced work environment. The Product Manager must be able to discuss strategic options with senior leaders and contribute directly on the front lines, driving delivery of innovative solutions. The Product Manager will be a subject matter expert and maintain a backlog of potential enhancements, new configurations, and integration opportunities for selected business applications. When required, they will serve as project manager and business analyst for any custom development. This is a hybrid position which requires Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, and Product Manager skillsets. Successful candidates will have a strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented approach, enjoy driving initiatives to closure, and can effectively operate in both technical and business-oriented settings.
