Test Engineering Intern- Summer 2025

The Test Engineering Intern is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and test engineering in the design and development of test systems and software for performing in-process and final product testing.

We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.

Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.

Job Summary

  • Assists production team to troubleshoot and debug test equipment and software.
  • Supports the design of automated test systems including programming.
  • Creates and assembles cables and fixtures required for testing.
  • Diagnose malfunctions or production problems on the basis of test results.
  • Create test set up documentation, other tasks which require special care in handling or other procedures which require good dexterity and facility in use of a variety of hand tools.
  • May set up or device test procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Programming experience in C, C++. Python or LabVIEW experience desired.
  • Basic circuit analysis and knowledge of electronics safety precautions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer usage and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Experience and Education

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited College or University. Junior or Senior standing as of fall 2025.
