Sales Enablement Specialist
Hybrid Role; 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Medaxis delivers superior patient outcomes through innovative wound therapy solutions with the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) line of products and services from Medela and integrates breakthrough technology to optimize the wound bed for healing. Together the Medaxis suite of products sets a new standard of care for wound healing.
Medaxis is adding a Sales Enablement Specialist to their team.
Primary responsibility is to provide excellence in all customer interactions. Provide sales
enablement services for on-boarding new customers. Serve as primary point of contact for customers at all levels of the organization; demonstrate advanced knowledge of customer relationship management and operations functions, bridging the gap between sales and support functions. Back-up responsibility for general accounting and administration functions.

Key Experience Needed: Sales Enablement Specialist
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role required
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong multi-tasking and computer skills to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve issues using problem-solving logic and troubleshooting skills
- Flexible and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English
Position Responsibilities: Sales Enablement Specialist
Customer Service
Responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate and positive day-to-day customer interfaces including:
- Order processing and invoicing
- Customer Returns processing
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Ensure customer, pricing and terms and consistent with contractual T&Cs
- Responsible for handling customer complaints in accordance with Company policies and advise management promptly
- Provide appropriate level of customer support on complex customer issues.
- Communication management, including the ability to manage communication of sensitive situations and/or information in a professional manner.
- Facilitate communication between the customer and Medaxis LLC regarding service level, product availability, and high-level service issues to ensure greater customer satisfaction and ease of doing business.
- Provide a comprehensive level of customer support by explaining products/services.
- Identify critical account management capabilities and customer needs through a deep understanding of business and customer base.
- Actively monitor daily EDI transmissions from key assigned accounts.
- Monitor levels of supplies and orders as necessary. Maintain levels of stationery, office supplies, demo and collateral resources.
- Fairly and responsibly authorize returns per the returns allowance specified
- Clean and organize supply areas.
Sales Enablement
Responsible for supporting and enabling the sales team with timely, accurate sales collateral:
- Sample / Demo order processing and fulfillment
- Distribution Sales and marketing collateral
- Support marketing and sales w/ Exhibits and Conventions product, fixtures and collateral
- Manage scheduling needs to support new business prospects during evaluations
- Continuously review processes and procedures for efficiency improvements.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
Administration
- Responsible for processing of Medaxis microjet portfolio
- Manual shipments
- Inventory tracking
- Documentation updates
- Billing
Serve as back-up for General Accounting and other administration activities as assigned:
- Accounts Receivable and cash application
- Accounts Payable vouchers and payment processing
- Supplier requisitions, POs and direct purchases
