Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental services, including exams, restorations, extractions, root canals, and periodontal care
• Build rapport with patients, providing compassionate care while addressing their oral health needs
• Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions
• Maintain an organized and clean clinical environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Utilize technology such as digital charting and imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD program (preferred)
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
