Job Title: Licensed Dental Assistant

Our client's dental office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Dental Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists in delivering exceptional care to patients
• Build rapport and trust with patients and their families
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures and treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course
• Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be proficient in dental assisting across all phases of general dentistry
• Have knowledge of modern dental materials and their applications
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when communicating with patients
• Be able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Be proficient in or willing to learn relevant computer software (e.g., Open Dental, Microsoft Office)

Work Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
No weekends!
