Our client's dental office is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Dental Assistant to join their dynamic team in Mounds View, MN. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists in providing exceptional dental care
• Build rapport and trust with patients and their families
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures and treatments
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

The Heart of the Role:

• Show passion for embodying the office's mission, vision, and values
• Be proficient in dental assisting techniques across all phases of general dentistry
• Possess knowledge of modern dental materials, their storage, handling, and applications
• Be able to multitask, prioritize assignments, and adhere to schedules, deadlines, and protocols
• Use empathetic and professional communication skills to address patient concerns
• Collaborate with individuals from diverse social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds
• Be proficient in or willing to learn computer systems such as Open Dental, Microsoft Office, and other relevant platforms

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course
• Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent state jurisprudence
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English

Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
