We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant to join their compassionate and dynamic team in New Brighton, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists in providing exceptional dental care
- Build rapport and trust with patients and their families
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures and treatments
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

- Be proficient in dental assisting techniques across all phases of general dentistry
- Possess knowledge of modern dental materials, their storage, handling, and applications

- Collaborate with individuals from diverse social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds
- Be proficient in or willing to learn systems such as Open Dental and Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting course
- Active licensure in Minnesota and DANB certification (or equivalent)
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
