Marketing Assistant

As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Marketing team's smooth operation by providing administrative support in advertising, marketing, community engagement, and special events. This role requires effective collaboration with team members and excellent organizational skills.

This is a full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 30 hours per week scheduled at the supervisor's discretion.

What you'll need to be our Marketing Assistant:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other job-related software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms is preferred

What you'll do as a Marketing Assistant:

• Create and manage detailed reports, graphs, and charts based on compiled research data
• Maintain inventory of logo items and ensure branch orders are filled in an efficient manner
• Adhere to Mabrey's EXCEED Customer Service Standards
• Facilitate distribution of in-branch communication and signage in relation to closures, holiday messaging, and advertising materials
• Utilize various marketing software such as YEXT, Wordpress, Survey Monkey, and Canva
