We are looking for an detail-oriented and dependable individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as apart-time banquets server. The ideal candidate seeks to create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests through their dedication to exceptional service and hospitality. What are the responsibilities of a banquet server? Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and afterevents. Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needsand provide excellent customer service to allguests. Serve all food and beverages to guests per companystandards. Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling andsanitation. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management. Complere any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. How can you be successful? Bring your prior serving experience - 6 months serving medium to large groups preferrable. Preferablyhave high school diploma or equivalent. Have or obtain required certifications during initial 90 days - includes Food and Alcohol Safety. Willingness and ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.,to bend and squat repeatedly, andto walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift. Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekends, and holidays. Who are we?
