The Coordinator, Academic Programs is responsible for implementing the vision and strategy of programs within Academic Programs and Curriculum Development (APCD), Coordinates and manages the day-to-day program and administrative operations within assigned programs and collaborates with colleges to ensure successful operations and achievement of program goals.

Job Description Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
- Participates in the development and execution of programs within Academic Programs and Curriculum Development (APCD), by implementing, administering, and evaluating program policies and procedures to achieve program objectives. Assists with the formulation, interpretation, and implementation of program policies.
- Provides information and advice to current and prospective students, parents, and faculty related to APCD programs.
- Oversees the processing of applications and records for assigned programs. Makes independent decisions regarding applications following prescribed guidelines.
- Coordinates the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for student workers within assigned programs. Collaborates with colleges and facilitates the hiring process, schedules training, coordinates work assignments, approves time, and regularly communicates with applicants, faculty, and Human Resources.
- Coordinates and schedules activities for assigned programs. Facilitates transportation, oversees communication, and documents and submits all necessary requisitions and invoices.
- Responsible for scheduling seminars, workshops, field trips, and transportation for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and program objectives.
- Writes and edits content for program materials, publications, and other program activities.
- Conducts research to assess program performance and progress toward program objectives to make programmatic recommendations to ensure attainment of program deliverables. Assists with program assessments and assessment report writing.
- Assists with managing program resources, procuring supplies and materials, and coordinating logistical support for program activities. Maintains supply inventory and enters purchase requisitions.
- Updates and maintains websites and additional materials such as handbooks for assigned programs.
- Assists with monitoring program expenses, budgets, and finances. Performs transactions, runs reports, and coordinates with colleges to verify and audit budget and transaction information.
Other Duties:
- Maintains department property assets as assigned.
- Performs other administrative support for the department as assigned.

Additional Job Description Required Qualifications:
- This position requires either six years of directly related experience to the position or, as an alternative, a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Experience with computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
- Experience with Workday, including Period Activity Pay processing, P-card verifications, timesheet approvals, change orders, purchase requisitions, receipt creation, job additions, and similar functions.
- Experience in university/academic settings.
- Experience with budgets and maintaining budget information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
