Summary

Primarily responsible for the coordination of property related services provided to LPG Physician Offices, Lee Convenient Care Centers, Offsite Departments and Tenants located within our Medical Office Buildings. Conducts site visits to ensure quality standards are being met as it relates to housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and maintenance of these facilities. Provides a high level of customer satisfaction to our practice managers and tenants. Assists the manager with contract management of vendors and other aspects of operations as required.

with three years of customer service related experience required
