Job Summary

The Sales Instructor develops and delivers training on products and sales techniques, creating content for virtual and face-to-face formats in collaboration with the Instructional Design team. He or she conducts the sessions clearly and effectively, studies the market and products in depth, and measures the results through KPIs and feedback to improve the training. In addition, he manages certification, controls attendance, and adjusts action plans as necessary.

Main Activities:



  • Develop and apply product and sales training
  • Developing content for virtual and/or face-to-face training, together with the Instructional Design team
  • Conducting virtual and/or face-to-face training in a logical, clear and easy-to-understand manner and in accordance with the norms and standards established by the client
  • Studying in depth the topics to be covered, the reality of the automotive market, dealerships and products in order to be able to discuss them with the students with skill and propriety, making the connection between the content covered and the participant's day-to-day life
  • Attendance control and reports
  • Printing training material when necessary
  • Delivering non-technical training (sales, after-sales and product)
  • Preparing test content (minimum 10 questions with 4 alternatives each)
  • Developing learning paths / training programs and registering on the LMS
  • Developing/defining training delivery techniques
  • Measuring training results (Main Training KPIs: %Participation and Pass Rate); evaluating exam results
  • Evaluate satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement and points of success
  • Implement certification process for professionals in the dealership network
  • Develop/implement action plans to improve training results, when necessary
  • Arrange for re-application of the test when necessary
  • Control attendance and no-show lists at face-to-face training sessions
  • Define standard curriculum for Sales, After Sales, Quality Services and Customer Experience and provide schedule implementation


Qualifications



  • Full degree in related areas
  • Previous experience in sales and commercial training
  • Previous experience with training in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of administration, good oral communication, leadership, initiative, good emotional intelligence, analytical skills, strategic thinking and knowledge of the latest developments in the automotive market
  • Previous experience with commercial training for the automotive sector
  • Fluent or advanced English
