Job Description
Kraft Heinz Away From Home (AFH) is a rapidly growing and focus business within Kraft Heinz, known for bringing our iconic global food brands to life in the foodservice channel. The Director, Brand Partnerships for AFH is responsible for shaping and executing our customer-centric marketing strategies through high-impact experiences with consumers and delivering value. Responsible for leading a team of 10+, this role is at the center of executing our strategy in partnership with Sales and our Culinary team. This role also interacts with customer and industry partners, developing direct relationships to effectively drive the marketing agenda and support the overall channel/customer strategy. Work Environment & Schedule Work in-office is hybrid with 3 days per week in AON office and 30-40% travel to customers, conferences etc. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.
