Your Job INVISTA is seeking a driven Manager for our Customer Support team. The Customer Support Manager will support and lead a customer experience team for the Wichita based employees supporting the Nylon Upstream business. The successful candidate would be responsible for leading and developing a team while also working closely with leadership. We are seeking a candidate with strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, economic thinking, and framing skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with various levels within the organization is also key. This role will be based in Wichita, KS. What You Will Do
