Genesis10 is currently seeking a Copywriter for a one year contract working remotely out of Milwaukee, WI. Summary: This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level copywriter to work in the internal marketing agency of a major financial services company. As a contractor working remotely, you'll be involved in a wide range of interesting projects. Qualifications: You have 5 to 7 years of experience as a copywriter in advertising, preferably with some savvy in engaging audiences on social media. You're able to look at financial brands from a fresh angle. You know how to write safe and simple copy and you know how to write riskier copy. You can create concepts for brand campaigns, outdoor, digital, social, landing pages, emails-plus partnerships with professional sports teams. You can successfully collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, Creative Producers, and our Insights team-and understand the benefits in doing so. You can create advertising for consumer-facing audiences and also for our massive financial advisor network (B to B) You can take complex products and services and transform them into digestible, compelling language and ideas. You're able to present your work to stakeholders at all levels. You see the bigger picture and take unexpected approaches to bringing our brand vision to life. You can offer productive feedback to external ad agencies. You'll report to the Assistant Creative Director, Copy.
