This individual will be required to initiate the design, development, execution, and implementation of technology research projects. Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products. Plan and execute applied research. Provide technical leadership for all aspects of Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) development programs. Is responsible for ensuring 100% mission success through technical decision making and leveraging engineering discipline capability. Leads the design, development, and test of SRM products. Represents engineering with the Integrated Product Team (IPT), leads the engineering team, and serves as the technical interface with internal and external customers. Drives applied research to the program and transition of development into production. Major Position Responsibilities
Conducts research, design, and development activities with the goal of developing new or improved products, processes, or services.
Basic Qualifications
Pay Range (USD) $145,600- $270,400 Additional Compensation - ICP Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Compensation Program.
