You could make a difference in advancing our mission at The Jackson Laboratory as a Capital Project Manager based out of our Bar Harbor, Maine campus as part of the Facilities Engineering & Capital Projects team! We are also adding a $5,000 sign-on bonus to this opportunity with JAX and relocation assistance is available! This full-time professional role will be responsible for managing capital projects from programming through close-out, with primary focus on renovations and new construction across our four campuses with budgets ranging from $20k - $20M. Projects will include vivarium, wet labs, dry labs, office workspaces, industrial buildings, site improvements, and other campus-wide projects located on any of our sites across the U.S. The successful candidate will develop project needs with clients and stakeholders and oversee designers, engineers, contractors, and other resources to assure successful delivery and closeout of each project.
