The Omni Fort Worth Hotel is searching for dedicated hospitality professionals with guest service mentality to join our extraordinary team! Job Description The Concierge is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests' needs. Concierge are responsible for providing five-star service to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest's stay. A concierge makes a lasting impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, being prepared to help with any needs the guest may have, and offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services to them. Concierge is also responsible for resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Front Desk Agents, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams. Responsibilities
