Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma plus 5 years of maintenanceexperience, remodeling, minor construction and repairs experience.
• Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of maintenance in a healthcare setting.
